MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

We can't believe Christmas is here already....the kids have been so excited about Santa coming to bring presents! We started the holiday with the Deckard Christmas on the 21st, the kids played while we all ate lots of yummy food! Then Porter was with us on the 22nd and we got to celebrate with him - the kids had a blast, like always! Nolan came over and spent the evening playing with Porter and Jaya....then he got his presents, he loved it! He got a lot of transformer stuff and a really cool Darth Vader helmet!
Nick and I decided to have santa come early to our house, cause I have to work, so christmas eve was "Christmas" in our house. Jaya got some handy manny tools, clothes and a leapster, which she has not put down, except to sleep that is! Neela got a new walker/wagon combo and a leapster piano activity table, but like always I think she is having more fun with Jaya's toys!We will be having the Chhabra Christmas tonight with my parents and Kait and Rajeev.





An update on our house.....Nick went up to start work on the 15th - and while up there he started painting, after it took me forever to pick out paint colors, and he also got the flu! Poor guy he was up there all alone and sick! But he did get the basement painted and when we go up there I will help him finish painting. After everything is done we will post pictures.Nick and I will be going up there the weekend of Jan. 2nd sometime. I am excited but so nervous at the same time, it is going to be so weird going from a place where everyone is right there to having no one around that we even really know, but I know it will all work out - just takes some time to get used to it all!
