Visit to Mt Prospect

I know this blog is a few days, okay 5 days late, but we have had a busy week.....but on Sunday - I packed the girls in the car and headed to Mt. Prospect for an exciting afternoon....it was Britt's baby shower, and yes we did just attend her bridal shower not long ago too :) Ha!! We got there and Bonnie's home was decorated so cute, and of couse the new mommy to be was just beautiful! But as I have said before Britt- you could wear a bag on your head and still look great!!!
I made a diaper cake, and had fun doing it too :) It turned out really nice considering it has been forever since I made one!! So before we knew it friends and family were all there, and the party got started, it was a great day and baby Isabella will be coming into the world, surrounded by so many people that love her and now SO MANY super cute clothes too :) How lucky is she!!!!
So we lunch, and opened all the gifts then it was time to go, the girls were getting a little tired and I knew if we didn't leave right away it would be a long car ride home!!
Before leaving Bonnie's place I feel like I had a nervous breakdown, I just didn't realize how much I missed my friends!!! It was so hard to say goodbye, and it's not like I won't see any of them again, but we had such a good day!!!
