Congrats to our dear friends Scott and Lauren Ransom, who welcomed their third baby into the world this morning, little Cecily Noelle, weighing in at 7lbs 5oz. We are so happy for you both and wish you all the best, we can not wait to meet your new little one!!! We love you both!!!!
