I said that I was going to be better about posting on this blog but I have not! My last post was in January...not really sure why, but figured I could play a little catch up! I have been keeping busy with work and I am also taking two classes this semester and hoping to have my BSN soon! I am not going to lie I am not excited about being back in school but with our hospital turning in to a magnet hospital - which means they would like to have a ration of 8 to 2 BSN to ADN nurses. The kids are doing great, They are actually at my parents house this week for their sping break. Needless to say they are having a blast and even got a surprise with Porter joining them for the week!!! Nick and I are super excited to see him as we are going there on Friday night and will spend a couple days with my parents and then Easter with his family!
I have decided it was time for me to get up off my butt and get out a little more! SO - I keep saying I want to do all these runs and this time I have actually registered for a mud run and color run and I am super excited!!! I got a gym membership and have been running two to three times a week - I am doing anywhere from 2-5 miles each time! My goal - to do a half marathon and then on to a full one...I know I have a ways to go because the two runs I am doing are only 5K, but it will happen!
We have also been doing a little reno in our house, we re-painted the basement and knocked down a wall to make it a little bigger, and just this past weekend we ripped up the kitchen floor to lay some laminate. I can't wait to put everything back and see the kids faces when they come home :)

They do them all over the country, you should look one up close to you! There is the Color Vibe or Color me Rad!
