1 more week. & 27 days

So the one more week is how much of the NA program I have left....we have our final on Monday and start clinicals at the hospital on Tuesday.....so exciting! I have sent in my paper work to the Red Cross and now just waiting on my letter to know what date I take the certification test! I am sure I will do fine, but I get so nervous before these things, but I have to do it!!! I will be sad when class ends because I have met some wonderful people! Most of the girls in this class are continuing on in nursing but at Blackhawk, where as I will be at UW rock, so we won't have anymore classes together! I have applied for a job at the hospital and hoping to hear something soon and then I think I will also apply at Cedar Crest - which is where we did our first set of clinicals, but I know I would prefer to be in a hospital setting. But you do what you need!!!
And the 27 days is how much time until we fly out for Cancun!!!! Yup we are going and so excited about that is well!!! Britt is getting married down there on June 7th - so we are flying out of Indy on June 4th!!! Nick and I have never really been anywhere for a real vacation. We went down to FL in March of '05 for my friend Michaels wedding but it was such a quick trip, although it was a blast! So needless to say we are pumped about this trip! I get to see Britt in a week for her bridal shower!!! YAY!!!!
I am going to have my first fitting for the dress for her wedding today, I can't wait to see it, I have been waiting on it since Jan!
The girls are doing well - Neela is starting to be more vocal, maybe not in speaking, but in babbling :) She now can tell you where her belly, ears and nose are! and she loves to either blow kisses or give kisses! The weather has been good up here and the girls love it, it is so much better when they can run off some energy outside! This weekend is not only Mothers Day in our house but also Nicks birthday - the big 30!!! I wish we could be at home so he could celebrate with friends and family - but that's what we get for moving so far away! I will take some pictures to post this weekend!
