Trip Home

Well the girls and I left on Friday morning to head into Lafayette, they did well in the car, I was a little worried about being by myself with them for such a long ride, but it was okay! We spent the day just relaxing with mom and dad and heard all about their stories from India!! And got to see all the cool things they brought back for us, here are some pictures of the girls in their new outfits, and mom brought them some magnetic earrings....Jaya loves them!




Then Saturday it was off to Vera Bradley - I have been to the outlet sale for the past 4 years and I love it, everyone always asks why I go and if I really need more stuff but it is just fun! Fun to spend a day out and shop!!! So Rita and I met at 4am!! I know Yikes! It was great to spend the day together and chat, we don't get to do that much - so Rita - Thank you!!! Our shopping luck was not the best, there was a ton of stuff but not too many exciting patterns!!! Needless to say I only spent $5 for me! I got a fun pair of PJ bottoms, and that was it, which is fine, there was nothing there I really needed! Here is a pic of Rita and I waiting in line!


Saturday evening Mimi and Grampy came over to see us and that was nice, I wish we could have visited longer, but I know we will see them again soon - the girls had fun with them there! Sunday we got up early and started to get ready to head back! Kait and Rajeev came over and so did Tera! It was so nice to see them all!!! The weather was great and the kids all played outside Addie and Ty are getting so big, here is a picture of Addie holding Neela and Ty and Jaya side by side! They are two months apart - so cute!




I hope everyone had a great weekend like we did, back to school this week, papers due and projects to turn in!!! Loads of fun!!!
