Today was my first official day on the labor and delivery unit and it was amazing! I am working with a preceptor that likes you to just jump in and that is what I had to do today....We even had a baby 4 hours into my shift! There is A LOT to learn but I know I can do it and I am very excited about this opportunity!!!
