Murphy...

Malcolm and Amanda came up on Friday night to spend the weekend with us and of course brought their pug Murphy...oh Jaya loved playing with him so much but Neela on the other hand took a while to warm up to him, and warming up to him was getting with in 5 feet and not screaming! It was quite hilarious! We had a wonderful visit and I wish it didn't have to end so quickly, but it really was great to see them!!!!

This morning Nick, I and the girls were off to the march of dimes team captain kick off! It was great, there were about 5 other teams there and this time when I had to share our story it was a little better cause Nick was there to fill in where I was crying too much and I had Jaya on my lap, so I could hide behind her when I started tearing up too!
All and all it went very well - and Famous Footwear is trying to get all their stores to partner up together the reps from there asked if they could use our story in the e mail going out to the other stores! Pretty exciting!!!!
We are doing well and have about 6 people recruited to walk with us and our total is up to $240!!! I have set my goal high and hope we can reach it :) So feel free to click on the widget on this page or let me know if you would like to donate!
