I got this link, this morning from a friend and it's amazing! What it means to be a NICU nurse, WOW - definetly brought tears to my eyes....I am sure before having kids I would have still been sad, but especially having a premiee and knowing what the inside of a NICU really looks like - it's just heartbreaking!!!!

So if you are a NICU nurse - Lara, Courtney, Brianna, Luci, Amy and those are just to name a few....THANK YOU!!! I think you have one of the hardest jobs out there, to not only have to be strong and stay focused for the babies but for the families!
