Well the plan was to take her down at 1 but the OR was about an hour behind, so finally at 2pm we were able to bring her down to the surgery floor and then, after meeting the whole surgery team they rolled Jaya and I back in her bed! I love that I get to go back there with her, but really hate when she realizes what is happening and then starts crying :(
We rolled back to the OR listening to some music and she had told the surgeon that she liked lady gaga....so one of the residents had an I pod and put some Gaga on for Jaya! It was a little funny to look around in the OR and have the whole team standing around serious faces, but tapping their feet to the music!
So now we just wait....probably about 3 hours, he said he will take his time so it could even be longer. I will keep everyone posted, thanks for all your thoughts and prayers!!!
