Walking...

Yes Jaya got up this morning and was feeling great...doc came by and took off the dressing from her belly, removed her cath and dc'd her morphine, so no more tubes!!!! She is scared about the cath in her belly but other than that she is doing great! She even got up and walked to the playroom today, then we tooled around outside in the wheelchair.
She has taken a 180 from the other day and we LOVE it...so happy to see her smile, laugh and even be stubborn - at least we know she is doing better. I think for the most part the pain is gone and now it is just more being anxious about flushing her cath...she just gets really nervous! Hopefully in the next couple of days that will pass...right now she is sliding all over the bed and moving around like she did not have surgery 3 days ago...so crazy how resilient kids can be!
